I had the opportunity to try out Sephra’s Belgian Waffle Mix and I am so excited to share my experience with you all. Sephra’s Belgian Waffle Mix makes making waffles fun and hassle free because all you need to do is add water to the mix. The waffle mix is dairy and nut free so anyone with dairy and nut allergies can enjoy these delicious waffles. (Please note that it does contain eggs)
I had so much fun making these waffles. I chose to make a small batch of waffles and used 3 cups waffle mix and added 1 3/4 cups of water. I whisked the waffle mix and water and then measured out 3/4 cup of the resulting mix in a cup and – after spraying my waffle iron with a nonstick cooking spray – poured the mix into the waffle iron. Once the waffle iron stopped steaming I removed the waffle. I made 6 delicious waffles from 3 cups of Sephra’s Belgium Waffle Mix. My children and I really enjoyed eating these waffles – they taste so much better than frozen waffles you buy at the store.
The waffles were soft and fluffy and tasted delicious on their own. Adding butter and syrup made them taste heavenly. Sephra sells chocolate and chocolate fountains, I’d love to try these waffles drizzled in chocolate or with chocolate chips added into the mix. Yum! These waffles are perfect for a fast breakfast, lunch, or even dinner!
