I am not pregnant and I am no longer breastfeeding but I still feel a prenatal vitamin – or any vitamin made specially and specifically for women – is important to take. While obviously not a substitute for a proper diet, vitamins help fill in the gaps in my diet. Plus, if anyone hasn’t told you, hair tends to be lackluster after pregnancy due to the crash of hormones.
So I wanted to try AVASIA Prenatal vitamins. When I first opened the bottle and saw the pills – based on their appearance and type of tablet they are – I assumed they were going to taste bad. I was surprisingly wrong and I am happy that I am wrong. The prenatal vitamins I took while pregnant and while breastfeeding were about the same size, if not smaller than these AVASIA vitamin tablets, but were liquid-gel caps. Liquid-gel caps may be the perfect way for others to take vitamins, but not me, so I am happy that these are not gel caps. They are very easy to take and I have yet to have bad breath or a bad taste in my mouth due to taking the AVASIA prenatal vitamins.
Take the chore out of keeping up your vitamin regime with our prenatal vitamins. You only need one tablet a day and it’s both gentle on your stomach, and easy to keep down. They’re a vegetarian prenatal and they pack a lot of nutrients. They contain no gelatin and have twice the Folic Acid and all the Iron you need in pregnancy, plus all the RDAs for the other major vitamins and minerals you would expect (except calcium, which is deliberate because that inhibits the absorption of iron). Our manufacturing facilities in the USA have more independent certifications for cGMP compliance than any other in this market.
Take AVASIA prenatal vitamins before pregnancy and they’ll be doing your future Bundle of Joy good, even then. Whether you are trying to conceive, undergoing IVF, already pregnant, or breast feeding, you’ll experience all the benefits that taking a top quality Prenatal Vitamin can give you. These have been designed by our Advisory Board of physicians and scientists to give you the best combination of vitamins and minerals that are strong, pure and consistent every time, and because there are no horrible side effects, they’ll fit easily into your daily routine. Great quality, and great for you and your baby. Get the Prenatal Vitamins you can look forward to taking every day.
